Questions
Asked on most calls.
What should I do before you arrive?
Shut off the main water valve (usually where the line enters the house, or at the meter by the street), switch off the water heater, and move valuables away from the water. Our dispatcher will walk you through it on the phone.
Do you charge more at night or on weekends?
There is a flat $95 after-hours call-out fee, quoted on the phone. The repair price itself is the same flat rate we charge during the day.
Will you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We document the damage with photos and moisture readings and give you an itemised invoice. Many Tulsa homeowners file with these notes directly.
