The story
Ray Delgado spent twelve years at a national franchise watching customers get surprised by invoices. In 2009 he bought a used van, painted a ridge line on the side, and wrote one rule on the dashboard.
His son Mike rode along on Saturdays from the age of fourteen, earned his journeyman licence at twenty-two and took over the business in 2021. The vans are newer, the crew is bigger and we now handle heating and cooling too. The rule hasn't changed.
Every Ridgeline technician is licensed, background-checked and trained in-house, and most have been with us more than five years. We'd rather grow slowly than send someone to your home we wouldn't send to our own.

Ray Delgado leaves a national franchise and starts Ridgeline with one van and a promise to quote before he works.
- 2014
Third van on the road. We add water heater installs and our first 24/7 on-call rotation.
- 2018
Heating & cooling joins the line-up after customers kept asking, “Can you look at the furnace too?”
- 2021
Mike Delgado takes over as owner. Ridgeline Care Club launches with 140 founding members.
